Shannon Warren grew up on the southeast side of Sydney and spent part of her childhood in Malaysia. Now a proud mother of four, she embraces her role as a Property Manager at Heritage, where her strengths in communication, honesty, and loyalty shine. Her passion for real estate began with her father, who inspired her love for property investment and renovation. Shannon has a creative vision, seeing the potential in every property.

After starting her career as a hairdresser, Shannon’s drive and determination led her to pursue real estate qualifications. She began in sales and later moved into property management, working for several agencies and gaining valuable experience along the way. Now at Heritage, she feels she’s found her true place, supported by a fantastic team that makes work feel like home.

Shannon loves the dynamic nature of her job, where she builds lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Having lived on the Central Coast for over 30 years, she enjoys the area’s beautiful beaches, peaceful atmosphere, and close-knit community. Shannon’s passion, dedication, and vision ensure she continues to grow, and she’s excited to make her mark as one of Heritage’s best managers.
