Naomi Lynch

Naomi grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney and after many family holidays visiting the Central Coast developed a deep appreciation for the coastal lifestyle and the easy going charm of the mid Central Coast.

Currently serving as one of the Department Heads for our large property management team at Heritage, Naomi has over 50 years experience in Real Estate.

Naomi thrives in her role, relishing the opportunity to work closely with the dedicated Property Management team.

Naomi's professional focus is not just on achieving departmental goals, but on making it to the end of the day with a smile, embracing the collaborative spirit of her colleagues.

Outside of work Naomi's passion is cooking - enjoying long lunches with family and friends at her home on Lake Macquarie. A firm believer in community, Naomi finds great joy in the connection she builds both professionally and personally, underscoring her commitment to helping others and fostering a positive work environment.
