Kirstie’s real estate journey began back in 2001, with her early career shaped by her role as an Executive Assistant to an elite agent. Her exceptional performance and dedication were recognised in 2015 when she was awarded Personal Assistant of the Year, a testament to her professionalism, leadership and attention to detail. In 2025 Kirstie was also recognised as Business Development Manager of the Year for REMAX Australia, which was a huge accomplishment.

In her current role, Kirstie oversees agent support services, drawing on her deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience to streamline processes, enhance productivity and support high-performing teams. Her comprehensive understanding of agency operations allows her to navigate the complexities of the industry with confidence and precision.
