For more than 20 years I have built a business that puts customer service first. One of the things I am most proud of is that I still receive more than half of my new business from past client referrals. This says something.

Having been an agency owner and across the operational side of real estate, I have unique insight into the worlds of property management, contracts and the importance of personalised service. With my wife and business partner Lisa by my side, we make a great team both at home and for the buying and selling journeys of our clients.

Experience aside, I am still as excited as ever about Gold Coast property and real estate is not just a job for me. It has allowed me to do what I love with the flexibility to do the school run or go 4WDing with my sons plus work with people I truly respect. This genuine enthusiasm and passion for what I do translates to my dealings and (in a world where people mostly buy on emotion) my vibrant energy helps clients see the positives in every home I represent.

Negotiation skills are crucial when it comes to achieving the best outcomes and I can confidently say I have honed mine. People forget that even after the contract is signed, the sale is not complete - rather it is a “beginning”. I am a seasoned operator when it comes to facilitating parties through a tricky building and pest stage or sensitively overcoming tenancy constraints. Every sale is different and few are ever as simple as you think. My role is to take on the stress and do the behind the scenes work so that you can move through your sale or purchase process with ease.

Professional marketing is extremely important to help a home shine. Adding social media to the mix, when done correctly, can also be used to effectively target and match the right buyers with properties. I offer my clients exceptional value and tailored solutions in their marketing campaigns with no upfront cost options.
