The property has an undercover outdoor entertaining area, a new bbq as well as a fully fenced rear yard and is pet friendly making it perfect for the family get away.

Bring your bikes and take the biketrack from near the house to Middleton or Port Elliot and through to Victor Harbor.


The property features three bedrooms with a queen in bedroom 1, bedroom 2 sleeps up to 4 people with a tri-bunk and a single trundle bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, sofa and LCD television.

Bedlinen and towels are included for all main beds. Please advise if a cot is needed. There will be a small additional charge.

There is also a caravan in the backyard, ideal for accomodating teenagers! Extra $20 charge per night, sleeps 2 singles,bedding NOT included,please supply your own.
