When Veronica was 14 years old, she started working in Body Corporate. It began as a junior school holiday position and eventually led to reception and admin support for the Body Corporate Manager. Later, she moved into the world of insurance claims. Veronica stumbled upon real estate accidentally when she showed up to the wrong training session. She was overqualified for the training, but she ended up getting a 2-day temporary assignment to work on the reception desk for a national real estate company. From there, she started her journey in the real estate industry.
Since the age of 22, Veronica has been working for real estate offices. Starting as a receptionist, she taught herself everything she needed to know to become a qualified property manager. Now, after 30 years in the industry, she is proud to say that she has come a long way.
What sets Veronica apart from other agents is her willingness to learn and improve the real estate experience for her clients. Whether they’re property owners or tenants, she is always there to help. For Veronica, real estate is all about people first and not just the property. She likes to step outside her comfort zone and liaise between others to enhance her skills.
Veronica has been acknowledged in the past for her work. At one agency, she was part of the 21-year club, and within that agency, she achieved 11 consecutive years in the top 3% of property managers nationwide.
Building relationships with people is what matters most to her. Once she has a connection with someone, that bond can turn into a lifelong client and friend.
