Prior to real estate, Troy spent more than a decade in leadership roles within the education sector, where he honed his communication, relationship management and organisational skills. Combined with the discipline, resilience and work ethic developed through playing more than 200 games of professional rugby league at the state's highest level, these experiences have shaped the way he serves his clients today.

Born and raised on Brisbane's northside, Troy has called the area home his entire life and now lives in Aspley with his three sons.
