After completing high school in Malaysia and earning a university degree in Australia, he spent over three years working in architecture and design. This experience sparked a growing passion for property development and sales, leading to a career shift into real estate where his strengths in both people skills and design knowledge are now fully applied.

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Malay, and Hokkien, Terrence is dedicated to helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions in the property market. His deep understanding of the building and development process allows him to offer valuable insights to first-home buyers, investors, and developers alike.
