Born in England and raised on the Northern Beaches, Riley brings a calm, people-first approach backed by a strong work ethic and natural drive to succeed. He joined Cunninghams as a Cadet and quickly stood out for his positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It wasn’t long before his talent was recognised, earning him a promotion to Leasing Manager.

With a background in hospitality leadership, Riley developed exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure, qualities that now serve his clients well in the busy rental market. He is passionate about helping landlords secure strong tenants and guiding renters through the leasing process with confidence and ease.

Outside the office, you’ll find him on the rugby field, chasing fresh snow, finding waves or planning his next adventure. Proud to work in the community he grew up in, Riley is focused on building lasting relationships and delivering the high level of service Cunninghams is known for.
