About Pia Piromalli
Holding a Bachelor of Criminology and a Bachelor of Global Security, Pia Piromalli understands that property management is a critical part of the larger property investment journey. Pia is extremely motivated to minimise risks and maximise returns, going above and beyond everyday management to unlock the full potential of the properties in our growing rent roll.
With a background in accounting, Pia also has a keen interest in real estate, having recently taken a leap on to the property ladder with the purchase of her first home. Bringing a fresh set of eyes to this newly created role, Pia’s personable nature and professional attitude are already being applauded by C&CO’s tenants and owners.
Growing up in Hilton, Pia is also passionate about the Fremantle community, enjoying the laid-back local lifestyle and the many popular cafes and restaurants on offer here. In her down time, Pia enjoys spending time with her husband and their young children. Considering herself a bit of a “foodie”, she also loves cooking and entertaining family and friends in her new home.
