Nikita brings a diverse background and valuable skill set to her current role as a Property Management Assistant. Her journey in real estate began a year ago, starting in a reception position before quickly advancing to a PA/Sales Associate role working directly with David Lonie, a seasoned real estate professional. During her time in this position, Nikita developed a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Recognising that her skills, passion, and long-term goals aligned more closely with property management, particularly leasing, Nikita made the strategic decision to pivot her career in this direction, allowing her to apply her unique blend of experiences and abilities in a more focused and impactful manner.
