Nick arrived in Fremantle on the liner “Australis” with his family in 1976. He bought his first house in Fremantle and never left. He has a family life well entrenched in the port city – the schools, the neighbours, the cafes and the culture. Being a Fremantle local and part of the community is intrinsic to the enthusiasm and passion that Nick delivers to the sales process.

Nick has vast experience in the property industry. He owned and developed a mortgage broking firm, which, over 12 years, assisted thousands in choosing the right loan product for their property. Nick has also managed several property developments, organised subdivisions, and completed several challenging renovation projects of his own. Most recently, he and his partner Anna have established a premium property staging business, helping homeowners to achieve the very best sales results through outstanding presentation.

As an award-winning Sales Trainer, Nick also commands the superb negotiation skills required for conducting real estate transactions. He brings a wealth of experience to his focus on building rewarding relationships and achieving optimum results for all his clients.
