Originally a country boy from Maryborough, Nic made the move to the Gold Coast in 2013 to complete a Bachelor of Business at QUT, graduating with distinction. Twelve years on, he's still here - and he's spent every one of them in Gold Coast real estate, building a real working knowledge of the market and the people who shape it.
His approach is straightforward: take the work seriously, get the fundamentals right, and have a good time along the way. Real estate is a high-stakes business for the people involved and they deserve someone who treats it that way, but that doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable. His key focus is making the sales process feel seamless for clients. Sharp problem solving, straight communication, and negotiation that actually moves the needle.
Outside of selling, Nic is a local property owner and investor himself, so he understands the decisions clients are weighing up because he's sat on the same side of the table. He'll happily admit to being a YouTube tradie when it comes to renovating his own places. He genuinely enjoys talking ideas through with clients, sharing what's worked (and what hasn't), and helping them sharpen their thinking on a property before they commit.
A few markers along the way have suggested the approach is working - Nic has been named in Queensland's Top 50 Under 35, recognised with a national customer satisfaction award and presented with the prestigious Don Award from Dane Atherton.
