With a background in customer service and years of experience supporting clients and community initiatives, Natalie brings an exceptional level of empathy, structure and accountability to every campaign. As the team’s Business Manager, she oversees each stage of the sales process, ensuring every detail - from marketing to negotiation - runs seamlessly and delivers the strongest possible result for our clients.

Her lovely demeanour, endearing to colleagues and clients alike, paired with her ability to listen and ‘read between the lines’, allows Natalie to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise and keep campaigns running with precision and care.
