Michael Trevilyan

Michael’s story begins in the heart of the Burdekin region, where he spent his early years surrounded by a close-knit community and the relaxed country lifestyle that shaped his friendly and down-to-earth nature. In 2014, he made the move to Townsville to complete his high school education and pursue a degree in engineering at James Cook University — a move that marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his life.

After purchasing his own property, Michael discovered an unexpected but undeniable passion: Real Estate! The experience of buying his first home ignited a fascination with the property market and a deep appreciation for helping others achieve their own real estate dreams. Today, he channels that enthusiasm into his role with the Page & Pearce team, combining his strong local knowledge, vibrant energy, and genuine dedication to helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence.

When he’s not assisting clients, Michael enjoys following Rugby League and Cricket or exploring the beautiful Townsville region with family and friends. Whether cheering from the sidelines or connecting with his community, he brings the same enthusiasm and warmth to his personal life that he offers to every property journey.
