About Mia Stevie
A born and bred local, Mia made the leap into the real estate industry with steadfast determination and hasn’t looked back!
After graduating Byron Bay High School, Mia received a scholarship to university where she studied Digital Media and Communications full-time. Mia has sharpened her skills in a variety of roles from sales and administration for 4 years, to hospitality as a Maître Dee and social media manager. One of her greatest achievements was being selected to represent Australia at the United Nations Young Person’s Plan for the Planet where she delivered a speech and met the Prime minister of Mauritius and High Commissioner of Australia.
Why does she love the real estate industry?
“I like working in the real estate industry because it provides versatility in the work environment. In your role you are constantly adapting to different situations, communicating with a broad variety of people, and progressing and moving through new obstacles. Everyone has a story and a journey, and their home represents that, whether that translates through how they design the layout of their home, the materials they choose or the intricate details that make it home to them.
Mia is eager to expand her knowledge of the industry and prides herself on excellent communication and great attention to detail, which is key when liaising with clients.
From the friendly locals to the incredible wildlife and nature as well as the unique cafes and restaurants, Mia feels so lucky to call Byron home.
