With years of experience in childcare administration and marketing, Melinda has a strong background in both the practical and creative aspects of running a business. She’s also had the opportunity to own her own business, which gave her valuable insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. After living in Narre Warren South for 10 years, Melinda has built lasting connections within the community and continued to grow both personally and professionally.

Melinda’s warm, friendly, and approachable personality makes her a natural in her role. She is drawn to the dynamic nature of the industry, where no two days are the same. With a genuine passion for helping others, along with her strong problem-solving skills and ability to build meaningful relationships, Melinda is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to her clients.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as camping and exploring the outdoors. She’s passionate about finding balance in life, whether it's through her career or her personal interests.
