After more than a decade with a leading Sunshine Coast agency, Mark founded The McGill Group to bring to life his vision of a specialist, innovative agency built around high-touch customer service — free from templates and focused on showcasing each property in its best light.

A Golden Triangle local, Mark is the recipient of the realestate.com.au Australian Real Estate Awards Excellence in Customer Service national award, achieving a perfect score from the judges. He is also a two-time REIQ Salesperson of the Year winner and a consistent finalist for the past seven years.

Further demonstrating his leadership and influence within the industry, Mark currently serves as the REIQ Zone Chair. In this role, he represents and advocates for real estate professionals across the region, contributes to industry standards and best practice, and plays an active part in shaping the future of the profession at a local and state level.
