Mark began his real estate career with Cunninghams in 1994 and is the longest serving member of the business, bringing unparalleled experience and deep local knowledge to his role. Known for his affable nature and calm, measured approach, Mark is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike. Having successfully navigated multiple market cycles, he understands how to adapt strategy and deliver strong results regardless of conditions, earning the trust of many long-term, repeat clients who rely on his advice.

Working in partnership with Kylie Mounsey, Mark brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to every campaign. Together, they are united by the belief that true success is measured not by volume, but by client satisfaction. Their shared commitment to care, communication and consistency sets their team apart, creating a sales experience built on trust and lasting relationships.

Before joining Cunninghams, Mark built a foundation in the finance industry before pursuing his lifelong passion for sailing. As skipper of a flotilla of yachts through the Mediterranean, he developed leadership skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, experience that continues to underpin his calm confidence and professionalism in real estate today.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys sailing on Sydney Harbour and along Australia’s coastline, as well as walking the Fairlight Scenic Walkway with his dog, Ralph.
