Marcela is a very reliable and responsible worker who is committed to her work and focused on achieving results. She has a good relationship with her co-workers and is known for her friendly demeanor. Before starting her career in real estate, Marcela worked as a Strategic Supervisor for four years, overseeing multiple job sites simultaneously and effectively. She was responsible for planning workflow and managing employees to achieve operational goals.

Three years ago, Marcela transitioned into the real estate industry as a Leasing Consultant in Port Phillip. In this role, she helped landlords and property managers find qualified tenants to lease their properties and assisted those looking for guided tours, lease terms, and price negotiations. Marcela also supported Property Managers by taking on a mix of administrative tasks and hands-on responsibilities to maintain the properties for the benefit of both tenants and property managers.
