Maddy Baxter

Born and raised in the Narre Warren area, Maddy has a genuine connection to the local community and a strong appreciation for the people who make it such a great place to live. Being able to work in the same community she grew up in is something Maddy truly values.

From a young age, Maddy always had an interest in property, but never expected it would lead her into property management. However, it is a career she is incredibly grateful for and has never looked back on. Since starting in the property management industry in 2021 she has developed a solid understanding of what it takes to manage investment properties effectively.

Maddy genuinely enjoys her role and the team at P&G, making it easy to come to work every day and provide a great service to our clients. She thrives on the day-to-day interactions with both rental providers and renters, and prides herself on building strong, lasting relationships through strong procedures and trust.

By fostering trust with owners and creating positive relationships with renters, Maddy aims to deliver a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and wishes to begin her dream to do an entire lap and visit all of our beautiful country Australia.
