Louis D'Espagnac

Louis has been in the real estate business for over 30 years having successfully moved 1,000's of homeowners. He started his career in the U.K. just outside London in the Home Counties before immigrating to Australia. Nothing motivates Louis more than exceeding a client's expectation when it comes to buying or selling. He is very passionate about doing things in a straightforward and transparent manner, while at the same time getting the maximum price for his clients in the quickest possible time.

Louis and his family live in Pelican Waters and they embed their work and social lives into Pelican Waters, Golden Beach and Caloundra West where they have moved many clients, who are now friends as opposed to clients, as they are such sociable people and love helping clients settle into their new homes.

Louis loves training and mentoring younger members of the sales team back at the office and turning them into good, hardworking ethical Real Estate Agents.

Outside of work, his passion is his family and socialising with family and friends.
