Lee Knutsen

Co-founder & Managing Director of House, Lee Knutsen first entered the real estate industry in 2006 as a residential sales specialist. After more than a decade as a sales agent for both independent and major franchise offices, Lee transitioned to business ownership in August 2017 by officially launching the House Springwood office along with partners Michael Rojek and Lorie Gonzalez. The opening of House Ipswich would follow shortly after in March 2019, of which Lee is the Principal Licensee, followed by House Commercial in August 2023.

Lee oversees the growth and day-to-day operations of the group which now employs over 30 staff and offers market coverage across Brisbane, Logan, and Ipswich. Apart from his role as company manager and director, he also still actively lists and sells and is a licensed Auctioneer, with a skill-set and knowledge base that covers all aspect of residential property as well as commercial and development.
