Lauri Curtain

Lauri has lived and worked in Hilton, part of the vibrant southern suburbs of greater Fremantle, for over a decade. It’s a place with a rich story that she’s passionate about sharing and promoting. Originally from sunny Queanbeyan, NSW, Lauri has always been drawn to adventure, travelling the world and enjoying an exciting career in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Returning to WA in 1998, Lauri spent 10 years starting a family, then in 2008 she ventured into real estate and found her calling. Since obtaining her Diploma in Property in 2012, she’s specialized in residential property management and sales. In 2021 Lauri created C&CO Real Estate – a small, independent agency committed to transparency and community.

With a passion for property and a genuine love for people, Lauri is tenacious and dedicated, hardworking, and professional and brings this energy and understanding to working with you, because she knows that whether it’s your first time buying, your first time selling, or you’ve done it all before – “moving house”, means moving home, and it deserves nothing less.

An avid e-biker with a great sense of humour, Lauri has two adult children and two (light of her life) grandchildren, and when she’s not busy selling houses or renovating her own, you will often find her at South Beach or Dick Lawrence with her fitness buddies, at choir belting it out in the Alto section or sharing a latte at one of Fremantle’s fabulous local cafés with her friends and neighbours!
