About Katie Donnison
Katie began her property management career in 2018, drawn to the fast pace and constant challenges. Through determination and a love of learning, she quickly gained her real estate certificate and built the skills needed to manage properties effectively while communicating clearly with both landlords and tenants.
Originally from the Great Southern, Katie and her husband Gavin made the move to Albany for a sea change—keen to settle in a community they’d always loved visiting. Now part of the Merrifield Property Management team, she prioritises client support, keeps up with industry changes, and works to make the rental process easy to navigate.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys exploring Albany with Gavin, spending time outdoors, and catching up with family and friends. She appreciates the balance between a fulfilling career and the lifestyle the region offers. Dedicated and approachable, Katie works hard to make property management stress-free for all involved.
