With a background in hospitality and a particular passion for wine, her approachable nature and attention to detail make her a valued part of the team. Her long term dream is to invest in property and start a family in Western Australia, and she sees property management as an invaluable way to deepen her understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Outside of her professional life, Kailyn loves being outdoors—camping along the coast, swimming in the ocean, and spotting local wildlife. She and her partner are always up for a road trip adventure. Creatively inclined, Kailyn enjoys painting, making candles, and repurposing vintage treasures, all while striving to live as sustainably as possible. She stays active through yoga and regular gym sessions and has a deep love for animals, particularly dogs, and hopes to adopt many in the future.
