A Sense of Dynamism and Dependability
Since throwing her hat into the real estate ring in 1993, Julie has worn many. From Receptionist to Director of Franchise to Head of Property Management to Leasing Consultant, she has always been moving with a pace of progress that matches the industry. After leading Warwick William’s property management and her clients’ vision for ten years, her ambition drove her to widen her own through travel; where she found all roads led back to home; here in Drummoyne. Returning to a new position in the team, she finds another at the industry’s forefront by pairing people, property, and purpose — for matches made in housing.
Reading the room and leaving more of it in her conversations, her presence means there’s always a space where clients can feel heard, and results can speak for themselves. From fielding enquiries to finding the best tenants, she builds lasting impact from the foundations of reliability, authenticity, and transparency — to break new ground for her clients and industry. Dotting the i’s but believing there aren’t any in a team, she focuses on fostering her connections and helping others find their own within her community.
Where Joy in the Fleeting Moments Makes Sense
Appreciating the slow mornings, but quick to explore the breakfast menu at a local café or the park with her dog, Julie’s sense of momentum is one where she can take her time — and fit a lot into it. That’s why you can often find her at Drummoyne Sailing Club, immersed in Ecco’s food, the waterfront views, and every little moment that fosters her local sense.
