With a background in Engineering and a strong passion for real estate, Jugal Patil brings a unique combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience to the role of Property Manager at Laing + Simmons Wentworthville. This foundation allows him to approach property management with precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.

Over the past five years, Jugal has specialised in managing residential properties, ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit dwellings, as well as assisting in property sales. Known for his reliability and proactive approach, he ensures that every aspect of property management—from tenant communications and routine inspections to lease negotiations and compliance—is handled with care and professionalism. His ability to balance landlord expectations with tenant needs has been instrumental in fostering strong, long-term relationships and minimising vacancy periods.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, he enjoys working with a broad range of clients and believes that transparent and respectful communication is the cornerstone of successful property management. Jugal delivers service that goes beyond the expected, always striving to exceed client expectations.

Outside of the office, Jugal is a passionate sports enthusiast and loves cooking and travelling, which serve as creative outlets and provide fresh perspectives that enrich both his personal and professional life.
