Josh brings a well-rounded blend of sales expertise, real estate knowledge and marketing insight to Team Skrabanich.

With over 10 years’ experience in sales and more than six years in residential real estate, Josh has worked across both auction and private treaty campaigns, supporting clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with care and confidence.

Known for his honest communication, kind approach and relationship-first ethos, Josh is highly motivated and thrives on challenge. What he values most about his role is forming genuine connections and guiding clients through meaningful property journeys.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys discovering local cafés and sharing morning coffee dates with his wife. A lifelong music lover, he grew up playing guitar and now spends his downtime soaking up the atmosphere at live gigs.
