Unique, rare and one of a kind, all words that describe Jessica Koussia! A woman who not only holds 12 years of Real Estate experience in her back pocket, but also juggles being a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Best Friend and backbone to many!
Jessica began her career in Real Estate as front of house and climbed the ladder of Property Management through each department until settling in as a Portfolio Manager which allowed her to accelerate her passion and genuine desire to help people. One of Jessica's most invaluable traits is her ability to listen to understand her clients requirements, not simply to respond.
Jessica will exhaust every avenue to achieve her clients requirements and there is no mountain too high for her, matched with an authentic work ethic - Jessica is a unicorn to our agency.
Jessica carries the role as Property Executive at Minos Estate Agents, due to her capitalised experience Jessica is responsible for the most essential and critical tasks in our Rental Department, leading from problem solving and client consulting to delegating maintenance right through to marketing and events management.
At the peak of Jess' career, Jessica the Property Manager became Mummy, and so she took a break to nurture her two children who are now grown enough to let Mum return to the career and lifestyle she so much loves. For the majority of Jess' career she worked side by side with Katrina Minos at various office's and the pair were once known as "Moreland's Dynamic Duo", as they say... "If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together" - Minos Estate Agents are thrilled to bring the duo back with a new and improved "CAN DO" team attitude!
