Jennifer Huffadine

Jennifer is a Property Manager at hohm Property Group, working closely with landlords, tenants and the wider team to ensure every property is well cared for and running smoothly.

Her path into real estate came after a career change, having spent nearly three years working in healthcare as an Operating Theatre Technician in Melbourne. Originally from a dairy farm in South West Victoria, Jennifer grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work, respect and dedication, values that continue to shape the way she approaches her work today.

Approachable, honest and practical, Jennifer is focused on making property management feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. She enjoys the variety of the role, from building strong relationships with clients to solving problems and managing the many moving parts that come with looking after homes.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves staying active and making the most of Perth’s beaches. After completing the Busselton 50 Triathlon earlier this year, she has developed a growing love for cycling and has her sights set on the Busselton 70.3 next year. When she’s not training, you’ll usually find her enjoying coffee and a sweet treat, travelling, or spending time outdoors.

Fun fact: Jennifer hadn’t even visited Perth before deciding to move here.
