Jeff Wright

Founder of Wright Real Estate, Jeff brings more than 35 years of experience in Perth’s coastal property market and is a qualified Auctioneer. Following the merger of Wright Real Estate with hohm property group, Jeff now continues his work under the hohm banner, bringing his long-standing local knowledge and client relationships into the expanded business.

Jeff is known for his professionalism, reliability and scrupulously ethical approach, resulting in a significant amount of repeat and referral business across City Beach, Wembley Downs, Scarborough and surrounding suburbs.

After many years as a top-selling representative and later partner in another local agency, Jeff went on to establish Wright Real Estate, specialising in coastal properties and small to medium subdivision projects.

In 2003, Jeff began presenting his well-known “How to Sub-Divide Your Property” seminars alongside specialist surveyors, helping clients understand green title, strata and survey-strata development opportunities. These sessions remain popular with both new and experienced developers.

A long-time City Beach resident, Jeff is actively involved in local schools and sporting clubs, including Marist Football Club, Newman College sport, Hale football, Doubleview Bowling Club, Wembley Downs Tennis Club and Churchlands music and choir.
