Jason Kounnas

I grew up in Donvale. From a young age, in the 80’s and 90’s, I was exposed to real estate through my dad. He owned and operated his own agency Bond's Real Estate whilst also doing property developments on the side, when the last remaining orchards of Doncaster and Templestowe were being redeveloped. You could say real estate has been in my blood.

But it wasn't until after I graduated from Melbourne University with a double degree in Commerce and Information Systems, that my passion in real estate started to grow. Often working multiple jobs whilst at university, I learnt the value of hard work, problem solving and teamwork.

Following my university studies, working in the corporate sector for GE Finance just wasn't cutting it for me. I felt I needed something more rewarding and personally fulfilling.

I took the leap into real estate not really knowing if it was going to be for me. I knew I enjoyed helping people and was driven by the need for continual growth. I still am today.

This is where my passion for real estate started to build. Real estate provided me the perfect stage where I could help families fulfil their real estate dreams and enable me to grow as a person. I had found my niche.

Now, I get to help my team to do what I love doing every day. We meet people from all walks of life and help make their property dreams come true.
