Jane Gamson

Jane is a valued member of the Cunninghams Avalon office and Residential Sales Team. With real estate in her genes, she began her career following in the footsteps of her mother and quickly discovered a natural passion for helping people achieve their property goals.

Having worked across a range of roles including project marketing, corporate and franchising environments, Jane brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to residential sales. Her ability to genuinely connect with people, combined with a strong work ethic, instinctive understanding of client needs and calm negotiation style, has enabled her to build a loyal client base who trust her with all aspects of their real estate journey. Known for her transparent and honest approach, Jane is highly regarded for creating long-term relationships and consistently delivering positive outcomes.

A long-time local resident of the Northern Beaches, Jane enjoys being actively involved in the community alongside her young family. Outside of work, she can often be found at the beach with the kids, walking her boxer Lola at Bayview Dog Park, cooking, or entertaining family and friends.
