Esther commenced in real estate in 2007 and progressed through various roles in the industry before finding her passion in property management in 2011. She has won National awards such as Rising Star Award 2013 and Property Manager of the Year 2015 with the Leading Property Managers Association, Brand Advocate of the Year 2022 with Coronis, Start Up Company of the Year 2022 with Inspired Growth Training and the Lia Storer Memorial Award 2024 with Property Management Partners.
Esther understands that every client is different. She doesn’t believe in the “one size fits all approach” and will tailor a service to suit their individual needs, without compromising on quality. Aside from real estate, Esther’s other passion is training new recruits to the industry and CPD training to her industry peers, as a qualified casual trainer with REIWA. She is the current Chair of the REIWA Property Manager's Networking Committee, assisting REIWA Advocacy with appropriate industry and legislative changes.
Esther is also experienced and licensed in property sales and provides a seamless service for clients wishing to sell their investment property, or those investors requiring a pre-purchase inspection. With Esther’s property management experience, she knows the procedures and legislative parameters to ensure a smooth transition for all parties. Esther also offers this sales service to any home-owner, as a facilitator of their lifestyle changes. With a focus on due diligence, ethics and transparency, Esther’s back-to-basics approach is refreshing and instils confidence and clarity surrounding the sales transaction right through to settlement.
Esther loves to travel and experience the wonders of different places and cultures. She has participated in two separate volunteer house building projects in Cambodia, which she found to be very rewarding experiences. Holidays to Vietnam, the Amalfi Coast and Greek islands are on her bucket list.
Esther has played many sports over the years (even achieving her Shodan black belt in Karate) and is a passionate supporter of her sons in their individual sporting and career endeavours.
