Daniel Grech grew up in the heart of Sydney but spent nearly every holiday on the Central Coast in Summerland Point and Gwandalan, where his family has lived for over 30 years. Now proudly representing Gwandalan as a local area expert with Heritage Real Estate, Daniel brings his deep local knowledge and passion for the region to every interaction.

Daniel loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their property goals on the beautiful Central Coast. His mission is simple: to be the standout agent you’ll never forget. Daniel’s favourite thing about living on the Coast is being surrounded by the beautiful Lake Macquarie. His passion for fishing, boating, and the relaxed coastal lifestyle is what fuels his drive in real estate—helping others find their own slice of paradise.

One of Daniel’s proudest achievements was representing New South Wales in Ten Pin Bowling at the interstate level in both 2015 and 2017. Daniel captained his soccer team for several years, leading them to nine Grand Finals and securing six championships.

Daniel has also been recognised with a community award for his continued dedication to community spirit and active involvement in the Gwandalan area.
