Carly Szczecinski

Carly wears many hats at Merrifield—General Manager, Commercial Property Manager, and Commercial Sales Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) majoring in Finance and brings a strong foundation in both the financial and practical sides of real estate. Since joining Merrifield in 2010, she’s played a pivotal role in driving its success, bringing structure, leadership, and practical solutions that benefit both the team and their clients.

Alongside managing operations and shaping long-term strategy, Carly is hands-on in commercial property and sales—negotiating leases, guiding investors, and securing the right outcomes. With a strong grasp of the commercial market, she ensures properties are maintained to high standards, tenants are supported, and owners receive clear, strategic advice.

Raised in Corrigin on the family farm, Carly learned the value of hard work and community—principles that shape her leadership today. Whether it’s driving business growth at Merrifield, mentoring staff, or contributing to the local community. A long-time committee member and life member of both the North Albany Football Club and Royals Saints Netball Club, she is heavily involved in Albany’s sporting scene, coaching teams and fostering the next generation of players.

Carly isn’t just about keeping things running—she’s always looking for ways to improve them. From streamlining operations to helping clients make informed commercial decisions, she brings a growth mindset and a sharp eye for efficiency.
