Ally Guan

Chinese-born, Ally Guan, started her career in Australia as a mortgage broker. She soon found herself not only helping her clients pick the right home loan, but source properties too. In doing this, she developed a love for real estate and made the move into the field by joining WIN as a sales consultant.

Ally enjoys all aspects of her role, but especially loves nurturing relationships between her clients and the other interested parties. She prides herself on her ability to build rapport with her customers, and accurately grasp what each one wants and needs simply by asking the right questions.

One of Ally’s biggest drawcards is her carefully cultivated list of overseas buyers and buyer’s agents, giving her customers instant access to a large buyer pool. It’s often the edge they need to secure a great price for their property in a competitive market.
