Proud members of the Agents’Agency, #realestate originated with directors Kristen & Jax Carlyle-Mackenzie, when they formed their sales business #teamkristenandjax in March 2020.

Of utmost importance to them was the ability to offer a service completely aligned with who they are, their core values and beliefs and also have the ability to be completely creative and unique (if you have met them, you will understand).

Being aligned with a phenomenal, progressive National Network but with the ability to also brand themselves and form their own environment, conducive to happiness, joy & abundance is what the girls attribute to their rapid success and notoriety in their marketplace.

The Evolution from a simple sales business to a multifaceted brand formed in 2023, when the ever so bold PINK HASHTAG (#) became their logo and the conduit between varied businesses operating under the same umbrella.

Norman Ave. Property Management kicked off in October 2023, offering a boutique and high-end approach to Property Management. Being able to offer end to end service is of utmost importance for our clients and having vast experience in the PM industry, it was really just a matter of time before this became part of the business Structure that Kristen & Jax were creating.

Later in 2023, the HASHTAG phenomenon really started to break through to agents seeking a vibrant, fun & collaborative environment which saw experienced local agents joining forces under their own name (being their brand) and using the # to connect everyone.
